I was not happy about doctor at Trinity Surgery in Wisbech who was very rude and frustrated because he was called out of his office by a practitioner Moses Ojo to help him out with our case. As I came there for a second time bringing my son in because his health problem have repeated, I was attacked about why he is not in school (it was Monday morning 9.20am), my son was rudely asked about when last he was in school (he was on Fri and we do not have any problems with school attendance - he didn't miss a say due to his urine infection). Instead of asking how he feels... Doctor was very bossy and prejudice. I felt guilty for coming and looking for help to my son. After he was very rude to Moses Ojo about why urine test results didn't come from lab and he told him rudely 'make sure next test comes back!'. Then I was rudely asked why I gave calpol to my son and told something about masking. I told that I gave Calpol to ease the pain in his urine. They kept quite and I and my son felt very uncomfortable. There was clearly prejudicement in the air. I am a teacher myself, I know safeguarding and prevent etc. But this behaviour was unacceptable and there was no any reason to act like that with us. If there would've be a reason or a concern etc - it should be handled calmly in a sensitive way. It's in your policies and procedures! Hoping it will not happen again nor with us nor with other patients.

A doctor (I do not remember his name, but he is indian background) must bring different attitude into his work and remember/implement policies and procedures there!
